Our Collection
🌻 The Sunflower Collection – Strength You Can Wear
Bright, bold, and full of meaning — the Sunflower is the international symbol for Invisible Disabilities, a gentle but powerful reminder that not all challenges can be seen.
Our Sunflower Collection is designed for people with Invisible Disabilities, those who use Service Dogs, and those who support them. Each item features a discreet QR code that links directly to the ADA Service Dog Law — helping to educate, advocate, and reduce anxiety, discrimination, and resistance in public spaces.
We offer fashionable T-Shirts, Hats, Bandanas, Leashes, Trendy Tech, and will be adding more — because you have to start somewhere. 🌻
✨ Plus, 10% of every purchase is donated to Fortunate Sons, a non-profit helping Veterans recover from PTSD.
Wear it with purpose. Walk with confidence. Give with heart.

Our Brand Story
Who We Are
ADA Paws Pass by Crystal was created to spark awareness, compassion, and understanding for individuals living with invisible disabilities. The sunflower is the international symbol for invisible disabilities, and it’s at the heart of everything we do. As a survivor of trauma and an advocate for mental health, I know firsthand the importance of being seen—especially when the challenges you face aren’t always visible. My service dog, Big, is more than a companion—he’s my lifeline. He helps me navigate the world safely and confidently, and together, we’re on a mission to educate others about ADA rights, service dog etiquette, and the meaning behind the sunflower symbol. Every item we offer—whether it’s a t-shirt, hat, or accessory—features a QR code that links directly to ADA information, making advocacy as simple as wearing your support. Plus, 10% of all profits go to Fortunate Sons, supporting veterans on their healing journey from PTSD.
Together, we're changing the way the world sees invisible disabilities—one paw at a time.

In this photo, Crystal McDaniel is kneeling on a sunny sidewalk in front of a brick building, wearing sunglasses, a flowing white blouse, and a long white skirt with bold red and black patterns. She is lovingly holding her large service dog, Mister Big, who stands tall and faces her. He wears a blue vest that reads "SERVICE DOG DO NOT PET." With his golden-brown and white fur, Mister Big gently touches his nose to Crystal’s face, capturing the deep bond and trust they share. It’s a joyful, heartwarming moment between her and her loyal companion.
Our Vision
What Drives Us
At ADA Paws Pass by Crystal, we’re driven by the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, understood, and respected—whether their disability is visible or not, and whether they have a service dog or not. Our mission is to empower individuals with invisible disabilities through awareness, education, and meaningful conversation. Every product we create is a tool for visibility, advocacy, and dignity—because no one should have to explain their need for support.
Awareness
Educational Initiatives
Our programs focus on spreading awareness about invisible disabilities, the significance of the sunflower symbol, service dog etiquette, and supporting individuals with unseen health conditions. Education is key to fostering inclusivity and understanding.
Fundraising
Supporting Veterans’ Mental Health
10% of our profits go to Fortunate Sons, an organization dedicated to helping Veterans on their journey to mental health recovery. Your purchase contributes to this noble cause, providing vital support to those who have served our country.
Storytelling
Connecting through Narratives
Our founder’s personal journey as a survivor, pageant titleholder, and mental health advocate forms the heart of ADA Paws Pass by Crystal. Living with Complex PTSD, Crystal understands the silent struggles so many face. Her service dog, Big, has become not just a source of comfort and safety, but a symbol of resilience and strength. Together, they show what it means to rise above trauma and live boldly. By sharing their story, Crystal and Big aim to build a community rooted in trust, support, and solidarity—where people with invisible disabilities feel seen, valued, and empowered to advocate for themselves and others.
